Pan árabe para lomito:
-1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
-1 cucharada de ajo picado
-2 cucharadas de cebolla picada
-1 cucharada de pimienta negra molida
-1 cucharada de comino en polvo
-1 cucharada de perejil picado
-2 rebanadas de pan árabe
-1 lomito de ternera
-Sal
1. Calentar el aceite en una sartén a fuego medio.
2. Agregar el ajo, la cebolla, la pimienta, el comino y el perejil. Cocinar hasta que la cebolla esté transparente.
3. Poner el pan árabe en la sartén y cocinar hasta que esté dorado.
4. Colocar el lomito de ternera sobre el pan y espolvorear con sal. Cocinar hasta que esté cocido.
5. Servir.

Ingredients:
1 kg. of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1 package of dry yeast
1/4 liter of warm water
1/4 liter of oil
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast. Gradually add the warm water, mixing until you have a soft dough.
2. Knead the dough until it's smooth, then place it in a greased bowl. Let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, which should take about an hour.
3. Once it has doubled in size, divide it into two parts. Roll each part into a rectangle and brush it with oil.
4. Roll the dough up like a jelly roll and place it on a greased baking sheet. Let it rise again for about half an hour.
5. Bake the bread at moderate heat until it's a nice, golden brown.
